Change bandwidth settings or pause file transfer by script

Postby TimDog73 » Sun Mar 02, 2014 11:22 am

Dear Livedrive Forum,

Has anyone found a way to pause Livedrive file transfers or change the bandwidth settings using a script triggered by windows task scheduler if that is at all possible. For example using Livedrive command line switches etc.

The reason I ask is that ISP throttles my bandwidth if I upload or download too much data at specific times of day. I regularly find that Livedrive breaches the threshold causing my ISP to throttle back my internet speed.

Because I am not always using the PC I cannot rely on someone else to adjust the bandwidth settings or pause file transfer.

I am looking forward to your suggestions; many thanks,

Tim.
